Total Health Program
Thank you for showing interest in the Juno Healthcare 4 Month Total Health Program.

To be eligible for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
✔ BMI greater than 30
✔ Age 18+
✔ Willing to engage in guided lifestyle and health changes
✔ Able to attend scheduled appointments

What do I do next if I meet the criteria for the Total Health program?

Attend your GP and ask for a referral to Juno Endocrinology, Total Health Program.

Ask your GP if you are eligible for a Care Plan. If you are, ask for a Care Plan to Juno Healthcare Exercise Physiologist (2 appointments) and Dietitian (3 appointments).

Send your Endocrinology Referral and Care Plan to refer@junohealthcare.com.au
Our friendly admin team will call you to book the first appointment with the specialist.

How much does the program cost?
If you have a valid care plan with 5 unused appointments, the cost of the 4 month program is $99 (payable after the first appointment).
Without the care plan, the cost of the program is $399 (Prices current as at 01/12/2025).
